I am whole heartedly happy I got my engagement ring here!! I was barely over one year into my marriage when my ring literally fell apart.
I noticed the metal becoming very soft and pliable after daily use, so I called BE Istopped wearing my ring daily Then one day I snagged the ring on the side of my washing machine while doing laundry and the entire top of the setting came off!
I sent the ring back for repair and was told that not only did the setting break, there were 4 abrated chipped diamonds I was shocked! I have never even heard of a diamond chipping before.
I refuse to pay this for a one year old ring. I got the ring re-shaped but wear one of my old vintage pieces everyday now.
My BE piece is junk compared to any real jewelry I own and I am so sad. I was told by BE that “this is the new jewelry standard, all jewelers are making less sturdy, more blingy pieces”.
I should’ve read these reviews better. I hope I can help other brides not make my mistake. Save your money and buy real vintage!!! So far so good.

For instance, one of the sample diamonds was a j colored 1. More like a GIA very good I could tell by the sparkle.
I asked for the specs and as I suspected the table percentage and crown angle was more like a very good cut diamond not an excellent or ideal.

Again not a deal breaker, but if I didn’t know any better I probably would’ve gone home and bought “super ideal,” without knowing exactly what that means when it comes to BE.
So all in all a very easy and stress free transaction from start to finish. Now, I can see how someone could go in blind and come out underwhelmed, but if you do a little research you should be ok.

I asked her to talk to the person who purchase this for me- I gave her the telephone number- few minutes later, she send another email that she could not reach him- She never left a message – she never called him back- she then gave a telephone number for the customer service so that we can call.
She is a customer service supervisor- Just go figure- if this is a service you get from a supervisor- just imagine what you get form the rest of the rep.
